Super happy with these guys. Awesome customer service, helped me out with changing springs and shocks, couldn't be happier with the result. Will definitely be my go to guys for more work. Cheers.

My wife and I headed there for the first time today to check out the new store and see what goodies we could add to our Prado.Firstly, the showroom is beautifully laid out with a great range of products and is easily accessible from the main road.We were there for about 15 minutes whilst two other customers were being served. Unfortunately the salespeople didn’t say hello or acknowledge that we were there to say that they would be with us soon.Whilst we waited, my wife and I were checking out the product displays and I was looking at a beautiful Land Cruiser decked out in Core gear. Everything was open for people to see and touch and undoubtedly it showcased an awesome range of products that the business had to offer.Under the canopy was an accessory that I mistook as a draw and when I pushed the button it dropped and made a loud bang. I was taken by surprise before I scrambled to work out how to put it back into position. This incident was an innocent mistake on my behalf but the disappointing part is the following comments made by one of the employees. The salesperson proceeded to comment from behind the counter, in front of his customer, saying “you break it you pay for it … it’s okay, it’s just the customer’s.”I feel like this was uncalled for as this was the first communication I had with any of the sales staff, not to mention that there was no sign on the vehicle to say “don’t touch” or “speak to sales staff for assistance.”I walked out of the store embarrassed and empty handed. I won’t be back anytime soon.

The team at Core just completed the first stage of our Landcruiser 300. I could not fault them from start to finish. Aaron made sure no detail was missed and was happy to walk us through step by step each stage of the upgrades. The quality of the works completed were A+ even for the final walk through.I am so happy I chose Core off-road to complete these works and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.
